I made a little prototype that was made to save myself time and then realised it would be useful for others so I built on it further and make this my first little commercial project as a side project.
There are websites where you can purchase game bundles to get a bunch of game keys for a great price. Sometimes, there are games in bundles you already own, so you could trade your key with someone else. Issue is, some people have 100s of games to trade, and they are all shown in text form. I don’t have the time to go through these games, nor do I know which games are interesting to me based on the title.
Gaming Stash aims to fix this by converting a list of games to a graphical interface with important details about the game, such as its marketing material, review score, to name a few.
I made a prototype I was pretty happy with in a couple of days, but making a system which is intuitive to users, looks great and is sustainable is a completely different subject.
